Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution of any content or fraudulent and misleading representation of any creations or materials of Wisdom Is A Woman™ or its brand name is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, cease-and-desist letters, and legal proceedings.
WISDOM IS A WOMAN™, currently protected under common law trademark rights, is owned by Dr. SaVonni Yestanti and is in the process of federal registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The Wisdom Is A Woman™ trademark may not be used without express written permission. All rights are reserved.
JWSEP LLC serves as the parent company and legal steward responsible for managing and protecting the brand. Please report suspected company, brand, product or service impersonators of Wisdom Is A Woman™ to legal@jwsep.org.
3. Social Media Content
All content published on official social media accounts operated by Wisdom Is A Woman™—including but not limited to Blue Sky, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter)—is protected under the same intellectual property rights as WisdomIsAWoman.com. Unauthorized use of this content will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
